Packing & Dispatch
We will aim to dispatch your products within 24 hours of your order. Delivery can sometimes take up to two working days from when the order placed. As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order details. While we make every effort to meet the above timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer. We apologise if this is the case, but we will do our best to get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible.

Customs and Import Charges
Customs and import duties charges occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. The customer must pay These charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so we suggest you check what import charges may apply before ordering.
Please note that on bank holidays, no orders are picked up from our warehouse by the courier, and therefore deliveries are not made.
Please note we can only dispatch orders once your payment has cleared in full. At times if your billing and delivery address does not match, your payment may be on hold for investigation which can hold up dispatch. This circumstance only happens on the rare occasion, and we will contact you if we need any further information.
